Allows power supply of parts to be tested - including common rail electro-injectors - petrol/LPG electro-injectors - piezoelectric injectors - flow regulating solenoid valves - EGR solenoid valves and coils.
Performing diagnosis of individual parts of electric system only requires probe to be brought near part being tested.
In systems with electromechanical/electronic parts controlled by a control unit - this tool makes it possible to check whether:
Control unit is being supplied with power and is performing its control function
Cables connecting control unit to part is efficient
Part being tested has not being disconnected
Part has not short-circuited
Part is operating electronically
